In May 2019 the new release of AtoM 2.5 (Access to Memory) was published, which represents a qualitative improvement over previous versions. So let's detail the new features available, I let you know that represent a great enhancement especially from the user perspective that use our web archive:

1.- SAVE AND LOAD THE CLIPBOARD;

One of the most frequent questions made by our Omeka plan's customers, is related with the possibility of using controlled vocabularies in the Omeka administration panel. Working with these elements ensure standard descriptions of each field, especially when a team is adding data in the application.

Here we start a new set of post dedicated to AtoM 2.3. The new release of the stronger open-source web application for archives, and the nearest to the archival international standards.

In this post we treat two of the most appreciated developments in this new version, the Clipboard and the improved function to export data to .csv files (comma separated values). We note that these new features enhance the user interface and its usability, after all we think this is the really important piece when making web diffusion projects with archive funds.

One of the most common question that we received from our customers, is how they can implement structured data in their Joomla articles in order to be detected by search engines.

So, in this post we are going to explain how to adapt the content of the Joomla! Articles to validate these structured data. We are sure that some Joomla! user has tried to validate his content using Google's Structured Data Testing Tool (link), and has realized that in fact there are data for the entity "article" but with errors because there are incomplete fields.
